Preschool Facilitator - Lindbergh Early Childhood Education

• Full-time position, 40 hours/week
• Schedule Monday-Friday (year round)
• Beginning hourly rate: $15.24/hour - subject to education & experience
• Non-exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming, compassionate climate
• Greets families each day and builds partnership with parents and families
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized and orderly environment
• Aware of and reports all broken equipment and unsafe situations
• Models and promotes respect and caring in relationships with children, parents, families, colleagues and community
• Aware of all policies and procedures of Lindbergh ECE Center
• Responsible for social development of children
• Utilizes positive strategies to guide children’s social behavior to maintain an effective learning environment
• Aware of and uses Family and Children Information Clipboard, as needed
• Reads Sub File when entering a classroom to be familiar with the child informationcontained therein
• Responsible for implementation of the current lesson plan or verbal or written plan

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree
